PhoneSales.com is searching for a meticulous and reliable Payroll Specialist who will manage all company finances, ensuring all payments and invoices are processed punctually. This role is paramount in ensuring the financial stability and transparency of our rapidly growing organization.
Your primary role as the Payroll Specialist will be to handle company funds, both incoming and outgoing, with utmost precision and care. The Payroll Specialist will interact with multiple departments and teams, ensuring clear communication regarding all financial matters. While you may not be leading a specific team, your role in financial payroll will be crucial for the company's growth forward. Collaborating closely with other departments, you will ensure that all financial activities are executed seamlessly.
• Managing and processing payroll for all staff & contractors.
• Using internal system to track all incoming client payments. Reviewing and verifying client invoices, ensuring they are paid on time.
• Keeping track of all company financial transactions.
• Preparing financial reports and statements for higher management.
• Monitoring cash flow and other essential financial metrics.
• Addressing and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to finances.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:At least 3 years of experience in payroll or financial management.Familiarity with payroll software and financial platforms.Strong attention to detail and commitment to 110% accuracy.Solid understanding of financial regulations and best practices.Proficiency in using financial tools and software for reporting and analysis.Experience in accounting, tax, or bookkeeping is a bonusExperience with AirTable is a bonus
