PhoneSales.com is looking for a results-driven Marketing Director with ad buying and funnel building experience to oversee and manage client acquisition marketing for the entire roster of PhoneSales.com clients. Marketing Director must have the skills of a full stack marketer, ready to build and launch marketing funnels, while building your team of key players which may include video editors, graphic designers, media buyers, writers, etc
Your primary is The Marketing Director will be responsible for executing, overseeing, and managing all marketing efforts to ensure qualified leads are being generated. As the Marketing Director of PhoneSales.com, you will work closely with the co-founders of PhoneSales.
- Implement and launch new offers and funnels
- Creating and managing VSL (Video Sales Letter) funnels to drive customer acquisition
- Working and leading other members like video editors, web developer or graphic designers
- to assist with the marketing process
- Overseeing and implementing media/ad buying creatives
- Implementing automations and CRM integrations to streamline marketing processes.
- Developing qualification forms or chatbots to ensure leads are highly targeted and relevant
- Setting up integrations with Zapier or webhooks, connecting apps
- Script writing for VSL or landing pages, post confirmation pages
- Building and optimizing funnel pages to improve conversion rates.
- Launching and analyzing split tests to improve marketing effectiveness.
The Marketing Director will also play a critical role in building and leading a team of key players, including but not limited to video editors, graphic designers, and other professionals necessary to support our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for nurturing a collaborative and innovative environment within your team.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience in profitably launching paid ad campaigns and marketing funnels
- Familiarity setting up ads on different platforms such has Facebook, Google, etc
- Strong expertise in creating VSL funnels, webinars, or video sales content
- Strong expertise setting up sales funnels, creating split tests, and tracking the performance
- Strong expertise in automations, CRM integrations, Zapier
- Exceptional script writing skills to create persuasive and compelling messaging
